Job DescriptionSous Chef role available in Guernsey, Channel Islands in a family owned small hotel with excellent location! In the last few years the hotel has been substantially enlarged and altered adding additional accommodation, multi purpose function room and a health suite with indoor swimming pool and gymnasium. The venue is within walking distance of the town centre of St Peter Port, Beau Sejour sports and leisure centre and is well served by the Guernsey bus service. This 3 star Guernsey hotel also incorporates well equipped comfortable self catering apartments and has two bars, an award winning restaurant. The hotel and restaurant are open all year round and offers permanent full time roles. If you have at least 1-year experience as a Junior Sous or Sous Chef, love food and enjoy a busy kitchen that cooks top food; You love to cook with fresh produce, and are a confident manager of your brigade; Send us your CV in English and a recent photo and let?s discuss more!
