Job Description

Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Trust Officer. Key responsibilities will include: ? Managing own portfolio of clients, reviewing technical and financial documentation and implement the advice of professional advisors. ? Other responsibilities will include: regular liaison with clients, bankers and brokers; the preparation and maintenance of statutory records, including drafting board and trustee minutes; bookkeeping and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be: ? Qualified or part-qualified Trust Officers with relevant previous experience. ? The ideal candidate will have some prior experience in dealing with UK property and finance documentation. ? A good working knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing cash flows and budgets would be advantageous. ? Polish language skills would be advantageous.
