Trust and Company Administrator Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Trust and Company Administrator. Role: On a daily basis, to administer client structures in accordance with client agreements and to the high standards expected by the company. Key responsibilities will include: • Day to day administration of Trust and Company structures. • Review of contracts, deeds and other documents and report to relevant client services director as appropriate. • Preparation of minutes of meetings, written resolutions. • Making payments as required for expenses, distributions, investments etc. as required • Liaison with clients, intermediaries and service providers. • Maintenance of statutory records. • Ensure timesheets are recorded accurately on a daily basis. • Collect fees in a timely manner. • Attendance at client meetings, both in Guernsey and the UK, as required and preparation of file notes and memos. • Maintenance of accurate and up to date diary reminder system. • Ensure that client ledgers are maintained accurately and up to date, providing information and support to bookkeepers as required. The successful candidate will have: • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Company and Trust administration. • Hold or be working towards appropriate professional qualifications. • Working knowledge of 5 Series or a capacity to learn.
