Job DescriptionOur client is a globally recognised Trust company seeking to recruit a Trust administrator. This role would suit a trainee / junior candidate with a good academic background or a candidate with strong transferrable skills for this role. Key responsibilities will include: • Day to day administration of a portfolio of structures holding a diverse range of assets • Contact with relationship managers, clients, other professionals and third party advisors principally by email and telephone • Review of legal agreements and documentation to be executed on behalf of client entities • Drafting of Trustee resolutions and company minutes • Delivery and attainment of Key Performance Indicators • Assisting with ad hoc projects where required The successful candidate will have: • A good academic background or an experienced candidate with strong transferrable skills for this role. • Good understanding of Microsoft products. • The ability to work accurately, reliably and with attention to detail. • Good problem solving and analytical skills. • Articulate communication skills recognizing the importance of listening. • Strong relationship building to maintain positive working relationships with peers, management and clients.
