Job DescriptionOur client specialising in three client-facing areas: Trust and Corporate Services, Private Client Services and Fund Administration as well as the supporting functions is seeking to recruit a Trainee Trust and Corporate Services administrator. Role: As a Trainee Trust and Corporate Services Administrator the successful candidate will be the main point of contact for their own portfolio of clients. The candidate will undertake the day to day management of the client including timely performance of administration, book-keeping, accounts preparation and fee collection. The role allows the successful candidate to be involved in every aspect of providing a professional service to their client, offering a varied role whilst gaining a wealth of experience. The successful candidate will have: • Good A level grades and looking to start a career in a successful Trust and Corporate Services business. • Experience of Trust and Corporate Services administration, book-keeping and accounts would be advantageous, but not essential – training will be provided, so consideration will be given to a candidate who has gained experience in only one of the three above mentioned areas. • Good command of both written and spoken English. • Be pro-active, attentive to detail, self-motivated, keen to learn, able to adapt to new challenges and with excellent communication skills.
