Job Description

Our client is a private bank seeking to recruit a Trainee Trust Administrator. Overall purpose of the role: To provide administrative support to the team to facilitate the smooth running of the team and professional service delivered by the team, by completing all assigned tasks and processes, operating within controls and procedures. Key responsibilities will include: ? Preparation of payments (FX?s, internal transfers). ? Preparation of correspondence (to be reviewed by the line manager). ? Ensuring time is recorded efficiently. ? Ensuring the filing and profiling of documents is completed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be: ? A? Level (or the equivalent) school leaver. ? Be willing to learn (including taking on professional study). ? Be a good communicator and committed to providing a high level of client service.
