Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Temporary Trust and Company Administrator. This role would suit a senior level candidate who would be able to hit the ground running and without too much supervision. Purpose of role: Responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and for undertaking all of the administration duties associated with this role.. The individual will be able to liaise with clients with minimal supervision, working accurately and reliably with high attention to detail. Key responsibilities will include: • Completing payments for portfolio structures • Preparing agreements/IO’s for signature • Completing structure valuations as necessary • Liaising with clients • Completing periodical file reviews • Maintaining ledgers for entities as necessary • Liaising with banking partners • Ensuring KYC documentation is up to date and accurate • Ensuring banking partners receive up to date and accurate information relating to client KYC • Ensuring corporate documents are up to date and accurate • Mentoring and assisting other staff members The successful candidate will have: • A minimum of 3-5 years’ Trust and Company experience with staff supervisory skills • Solid technical knowledge of Trust and Company issues. • Focus on continuous improvement and development. • Fully or part STEP qualified or ICSA.
