Temporary Tax Technician Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Temporary Tax Technician. This is a full time role. [Start date: 29/08/2016, duration: 30 weeks] Overall role purpose: Responsible for reviewing all of private equity investor documentation as part of the CRS pre-existing review. Key responsibilities will include: • CRS –pre-existing review on all clients/investors • Review existing FATCA/CDOT classifications to determine if valid for CRS • Monitor mailboxes to identify documents received • Validate W-8/W-9’s and self certs received from clients/investors • Perform AML check for all individuals • Compile issue log to send to CSDM/RM to address • Classify/Update each account holder in relevant system • Liaise with CSDM team re updates The successful candidate: • Will ideally have custody experience but junior level candidates would also be considered. • Working knowledge of Excel. • Ability to work to and meet strict deadlines. • Attention to detail.
