Job Description

Our candidate is one of the largest private markets investment managers in the world seeking to recruit a Temporary Private Equity Administrator (duration: 6 months). Key responsibilities will include: • Assist with the smooth running of the document execution process • Preparing documents, forms and agreements for execution • Filing of executed documentation on our electronic filing system • Responding to queries about the status of documents sent for execution • Get to experience a diverse range of execution tasks with a leading Private Markets firm The successful candidate will have: • Administrative experience in finance environment. • Ability to work accurately under pressure • Ability to work as part of a team and independently • Ability to get up to speed quickly on new systems and processes
