Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an Office Administrator. This is a 6-month temporary role to undertake administrative tasks to enable the smooth running of the office and to ensure that all staff have adequate support to work efficiently.
Overall purpose of the role:
Day-to-day running of the post room, ordering stationary supplies, reception cover and assisting with administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have:
• Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role.
• Educated to a minimum of GCSE standard.
• Excellent communication skills, time management and organisational skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft office are also required.
