Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Temporary HR Officer.
This is a six-month temporary role to provide administrative support and assistance to the Human Resources department both in Guernsey and Internationally.
Overall purpose of the role:
Responsibilities include assisting with the annual appraisal process, co-ordination of recruitment and providing training support and co-ordination of the administration for internal and external courses.
Candidates must have a valid right to work document to work in Guernsey.
The successful candidate will have:
• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant HR generalist experience and educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to deal with staff of all levels
• Sound Word and Excel skills are also required.
