Job Description

Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Temporary Client Executive (Trust). Overview of role: To undertake a lead role in the transfer of a specified book of business to the new venture, as well as other ad-hoc project and client administration tasks. This role will suit an experienced, organised and self-motivated Trust professional who has practical experience of Trust and Company transfers. Good written and verbal communication skills with colleagues, service providers and clients are essential. Ability to hit the ground running. Ideally, they are looking for 35 hours p/w, but there is flexibility for candidates who wish to work a minimum of 30 hours p/w (over 4 or 5 days). This role may be extended after 3 months. The successful candidate will have: ? 5-7 years+ Trust and Company experience. ? A relevant professional qualification (STEP/ICSA) would be beneficial, but is not essential. ? Likely to be Trust Officer / Assistant Manager level or above. ? Ability to read trust documentation, Mem & Arts, basics of contracts / agreements. ? Understanding of CDD/AML issues surrounding Trust and Company structures and underlying beneficiaries.
