Our client is a pharmacy, one of the most trusted and respected suppliers of pharmacy products to medical professionals is seeking to recruit a suitable candidate for their Tele Sales & Support role. Purpose: To work closely with the equipment sales & clinical education teams and management in organising and carrying out telephone sales & support activities that lead to increased sales and maximise business opportunities with an emphasis on equipment. Key responsibilities will include: ? Sales Support: Work with designated sales colleagues to assist as required e.g. appointment setting & admin support such as maintaining the CRM for customer updates. ? Telesales: Outbound calling with an emphasis on equipment sales opportunity prospecting, follow-up on leads. ? Telemarketing: New equipment account follow-up, and consumable sales. ? Customer/patient support: Act as the office based go to person for equipment leads & sales. The successful candidate will have: ? Commercial/Sales experience. ? Reliable completer finisher c& closer. ? Self-motivated achiever. ? Excellent communicator. ? Understanding of aesthetic market.
