Job DescriptionOur client is a trendy and well established restaurant on St Peter Port?s seafront seeking to recruit a Sous Chef/ Senior Sous Chef to complete their young and strong brigade. The is a full time permanent position in one of the most successful eateries on Guernsey focusing on British modern cuisine, as well as on an exquisite Asian influenced menu. ? Great rates of pay and the chance to grow in a well established brigade. ? On the job training and development and a 5 day working week. Experience as a Sous Chef for at least 2 years is required and Rosette background is preferred.
