Our client is the best 3* hotel in the heart of Guernsey Island, family owned and run. If you have at least 1-year experience in fine dining or Rosette environment, you are a Sous Chef or a talented Junior Sous ready for the next step up in your career, If you love food and enjoy a busy kitchen that cooks top food, and have good English. All meals on and off duty are included. ? Holiday pay and a share of tips will be paid on completion of contract. ? Start date is 1st March 2018 with a finish date of 4TH November 2018. (contract can be repeated in 2019 and there is the opportunity to work in other establishments of the same company while this particular restaurant is closed for winter). ?
