Job DescriptionThe hotel and restaurant are open all year round and offer permanent full time roles. This role offers an appealing package as well as the opportunity to live on a beautiful island with breathtaking nature and high level of hospitality. - Maximum of 45 worked hours spread over 6 days/ week - Cooking in a young and driven brigade of 5 chefs - One month probation and 1,5 days of holiday per month and bank holidays - A motivating end of season bonus paid on completion If you have at least 1 year experience as a Junior Sous, Senior Chef de Partie or Chef Tournant; You love to cook with fresh produce, and are a confident manager of your section and brigade, send us your CV in English and let?s discuss more!
