Service Manager ? FATCA & AML, Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Service Manager. Key responsibilities will include: ? Clearly explain the evolving requirements of international FATCA and AML legislation. ? Respond quickly, correctly and clearly to all client questions. ? Understand AML, FATCA and CRS legislation in all company?s jurisdictions and others as relevant. ? Proactively track legislative and regulatory changes and explain their implications clearly. ? Act as the subject matter expert for all staff within the group. ? Proactively represent company in external committees, conferences and publications. ? Specify and implement changes to system and process in line with technical change. ? Provide AML and FATCA training to all relevant staff. ? Manage junior staff as required. ? Deputize for the Service Director and Operations Manager in their absence. ? Provide final review of all relevant AML and FATCA tasks. ? Support the Operations Manager to continuously improve processes and systems. ? Maximize the use of technology in all processes in order to control risk and improve efficiency. ? Understand the system design and how it is applied. ? Accurate and timely delivery of AML and FATCA outputs and responses to client questions. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? Bachelor?s degree. ? Further Compliance qualifications for example the International Diploma, Compliance. ? Certified AML Specialist.
