Our client is a leading independent fiduciary business, headquartered in Guernsey, but with offices around the world seeking to recruit a Senior Trust Manager. Role overview: Responsible for the day to day management of a portfolio of client entities, with the aim of ensuring that all administrative matters within the team are dealt with on a timely basis and within deadlines. ? The Senior Trust Manager will oversee the management of one or more small administration teams and a portfolio of clients. ? They will possess additional technical knowledge and a high level line management experience. ? Reporting to the Head of Client Administration and the Directors, the Senior Trust Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of local targets. ? The Senior Trust Manager will work as part of the management team to ensure effective and smooth running of the Guernsey operation and endeavor to make recommendations and efficiencies to the business where possible. The successful candidate will have: ? Experience of working as a Trust Manager for many years either with the company or with another similar organisation. ? Excellent technical and practical Trust and Company administration background. ? Qualified in STEP, ICSA, ACCA, or a similar professional qualification, or working towards the same or alternatively many years of Trust and Company administration experience. ? Management qualification preferable.
