Senior Service Desk Analyst Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank seeking to recruit a Senior Service Desk Analyst. Purpose of Role: • To work in a fast-paced pressurised environment taking an active role in providing support & services to their clients. Ensure call SLA’s targets are met & improve processes and look to take a proactive attitude. Continual liaising with counterparts in other regions. Supporting 500 + users located in London, Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar. Manage users in a professional manner / providing guidance and training where applicable. Assist with managing roughly 100 tickets a day. Key responsibilities will include: • Call logging including timely call completion • 1st level application support • 1st/2nd level desktop support • Incident resolution • Monitoring critical components • Process purchase orders • Printers, scanners. Mobile phones, Blackberry IP Telephony and fax support • PC and laptop build and distribution • Account management and administration • Virtual service desk support • Update procedures and documentation as appropriate • Working to Set SLA’s • Local IT support The successful candidate will have: • Strong relevant previous experience. • IT related qualification (ideal but not essential). • Relevant GCSE/A levels or equivalent (essential).
