Job DescriptionOur client is the largest manager of insurance companies and other insurance related vehicles in Europe seeking to recruit a Senior Office Assistant. Overall purpose: The successful candidate will be part of an innovative reinsurance division with a diverse set of responsibilities. This role will provide the candidate with an exciting opportunity to be exposed to many aspects of running a rated commercial reinsurance vehicle, surrounded by supportive and talented colleagues. Principal accountabilities: • Organisation of the teams’ diaries to include meeting arrangements and appointments, telephone call attendance, absences, etc. • Email management • Arranging business travel and accommodation requirements for the team • Processing the teams’ expense reports to ensure these are dealt with in a timely manner • Production of clear and concise documentation and information as required • Minutes of internal meetings • Assistance and co-ordination of catering requirements as required • Cover for other support staff as required due to absence • Cover for the office’s reception area during the receptionist’s lunch break • A variety of general office duties. • Interaction with various people (including directorate level) in a professional and confidential manner The successful candidate will have: • Excellent English language skills along with previous experience in a similar environment. • Good IT knowledge.
