Job Description

Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. Role: The role requires a confident individual to provide support to the Sales & Marketing team, with a variety of responsibilities including events and sales trip coordination/planning, creation and maintenance of corporate literature and sales aids and assisting with the handling of general day to day business partner, introducer and intermediary enquiries. Key responsibilities will include: • Assisting with ad-hoc marketing projects; • Amending corporate literature, sales aids, websites and social media profiles; • Quarterly reviews of marketing literature and websites; • Obtaining quotes and researching ideas for events; • Event and sales trip planning and organisation, including managing bookings; • Liaising with new and existing business partners, intermediaries and introducer firms, via email and on the telephone; • Liaising internally with various departments, to ensure appropriate support is provided in all areas; • Maintenance of various databases; • Preparing sales reports; • Preparing competitor analysis, jurisdictional analysis and sales statistics; • Providing back office support to regional Business Relationship Managers The successful candidate will have: • Relevant design/marketing/business/events degree. • Experience with either Indesign, Wordpress, Illustrator, Photoshop or Adobe essential. • The role would best suit a creative individual with the ability to design documentation. • A candidate at degree level would be preferable. • Sound presentation and communication skills are a priority; For more information please email: info@pa.gg or call: +44 1481 723221.
