Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Safekeeping Administrator. Overall role purpose: Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the Operations Support Team. Maintain a tidy appearance of the kitchen and Breakout areas. The duties are varied and will include, but not be limited to those outlined below; Key responsibilities will include: • Safekeeping of documents • Safekeeping Reconciliations • Electronic Safekeeping • Electronic Safekeeping Invoices • Staff travel bookings - online • Reconcile Company credit card • Guernsey Registry submissions • Guernsey Registry reconciliations • Liaise with G4S • Annual Income Tax Returns – online • Assisting the Operations teams where possible • The successful candidate will have: • Relevant previous experience of working in a similar role. • IT skills to include Switchboard, Word, Excel & Outlook • Ability to make online Travel bookings. • Confident and well-spoken telephone manner, be of smart appearance and be able to deal with persistent clients whilst remaining calm and professional. • Continual expansion of knowledge on company’s procedures and business for personal development.
