Job DescriptionOur client is the largest online retailer of premium beauty products in Europe and one of the fastest growing e-tailers in the world seeking to recruit a Retail Counter Manager. The purpose of this role is to provide an excellent service to customers within their retail Store, whilst promoting both the brand and the company. Duties and responsibilities: ? Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service ? Establish customer needs and demonstrate appropriate products ? Plan and work towards achieving set targets ? Complete to a high standard relevant paperwork ? Attend training courses when required to develop and update product knowledge ? Arrange and host out of hours events in conjunction with the Store Manager ? Ensure the counter is well stocked at all times ? Ensure that the counter is kept clean and tidy at all times ? Ensure displays are regularly changed and current ? Adhere to brand and company?s guidelines with regards to uniform, makeup and hair at all times ? Ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required. The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? Excellent personal presentation. ? Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and have proven sales ability. ? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong work ethic. ? Ability to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative.
