Job DescriptionOur client is an international bank seeking to recruit a Relationship Manager ? Client Relationship Management. Job Purpose/Summary: To deliver a consistently superior service to a portfolio of high net worth individuals and/or corporate clients. Key responsibilities will include: ? Acting as the main point of contact for all bank?s services, including the timely execution of clients transactions (payments, security trades, foreign exchanges and corporate actions) and general day to day requirements. ? Development of existing client relationships in order to spot opportunities to introduce clients to additional bank products and services and obtain referrals to acquire new business to meet targeted Private Client Team objectives. ? Undertaking client reviews in order to maintain contact and recording client soft data on the bank?s relationship management system ? Effective use of the relationship management database to record important client relationship data and use of a diary system for both Credit and Client reviews. ? Meeting with clients both locally and abroad as necessary. ? Examining account opening documentation, ensuring it is of an adequate standard to open a new account before submitting to the Compliance department. ? Setting up new accounts on the bank mainframe system and the relationship management system. ? Attending to Dormant and Inactive client lists monthly. ? Attending to Action Points relating to KYC shortfalls in a timely fashion. ? To provide technical support to clients on the use of the Banks? online enquiry and transactional banking system. The successful candidate will have: ? At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
