Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Receptionist. This is a full time role. Key responsibilities will include: • Answer telephone calls and direct them to the correct department • Open and date stamp all post and distribute to departments • Log and prepare outgoing post • Log incoming and outgoing cheques • Log and send fax transfers as instructed by Trust Administrator • Log incoming faxes and forward to recipients • Prepare packages for courier collection • Greet visitors. • Offer beverages • Book board rooms • Order stationary and keep stationary room tidy • Sort out office invoices and prepare cheques for signatories • Provide ad hoc support to other members of staff • Perform any other duties as and when required The successful candidate will have: • Relevant previous experience. • Good organisation and communication skills.
