Job Description

Our client is an online E-gaming company seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Administrator. This role would suit someone mid-level to cover reception and attend to basic administrational duties. Key responsibilities will include: ? Greeting all visitors to Reception, signing for deliveries, offering hot drinks and hospitality to visitors ? Answering all telephone calls and transferring them through to the appropriate extensions ? Supporting coordination of travel and accommodation requirements for all employees ? Managing an efficient and effective office filing system ? Opening and distributing post, and sending any post ? Supporting the coordination of the monthly Marketing meetings, and booking of travel and hotels for all attendees ? Ordering and preparing refreshments and lunches as requested by the Directors and visitors ? Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms for events ? In coordination with the IT Support Engineer, accommodating visitors to the office with a desk, and IT and technical requirements ? Keeping track of when supplies are running low, making sure goods are ordered before they run out (stationary, office stamps, printer cartridges, tea, coffee and drinks etc.) ? Basic typing duties ? General office administration and any other reasonable duties as required to be undertaken by the organization The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience.
