Job DescriptionOur client is a financial services company seeking to recruit a Project Manager.
Overall purpose of the role:
The projects and operational improvements scope includes but is not limited to; new service introduction and set up; business process improvements through efficiencies and enhanced effectiveness; business process documentation and revision; data stewardship set up and remediation; IT enhancements for supporting Business operations (within the limitation of the company’s IT function) and many more.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Business analysis - scope projects / business change to ensure the requirements and value added is understood and clearly defined
• Project management - plan, run and deliver projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, influencing others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans where appropriate
The successful candidate will have:
• A good understanding and experience in; project delivery and subsequent project challenges; process enhancements and process documentation
• IT literate as well as an IT generalist.
