Job Description

Our client is a direct to consumer nutritional supplements company seeking to recruit a Procurement Assistant. Profile of the role: The purpose of the role is to aid the procurement team in the day to day administrative tasks. It also involves liaising with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure their requirements are met. Key tasks and responsibilities: ? Checking and reconciling supplier documents. ? Evaluating order requirements, raising and managing stock orders and all associated requirements. ? Ongoing stock reviewing, recording and reconciling. ? Communicating with suppliers on all open orders and changes in priorities. ? Communicating with internal departments on stock related situations. ? Checking and reconciling internal stock reports. ? Working with the in-house ERP system to ensure accurate input of stock values, locations and records. ? General administrative office duties. The successful candidate will have: ? Good A level standard of education. ? Excellent computer skills (especially Microsoft excel/office) and understanding of and interest in computer systems and set up. ? Good communications skills (both spoken and written). Desirable criteria: ? Working knowledge/experience of Microsoft Dynamics AX.
