Job Description

Our candidate is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Private Equity Fund Administrator. The overall purpose of the role is to support the team members in undertaking the day to day administration of the portfolio of Funds allocated to the section. Key responsibilities will include: ? Administer investment/divestment process. ? Administer Drawdown process. ? Administer Distribution process. ? Undertake Corporate Secretarial tasks. ? Respond to investor and client queries. ? Undertake General Administration. ? To manage workloads to ensure that the Company?s required minimum chargeability is Maintained. The successful candidate will have: ? Funds administration experience. ? Either of the following qualifications; IDFA - International Diploma in Financial Administration (formerly CoA), ICSA - Certificate In Offshore Finance & Administration, CAT - P1 to P3, AAT - Foundation/Intermediate, ICSA ? Foundation or ACCA - F1 to F3
