Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit a Private Client Director. Role: The purpose of the Private Client Director role is to proactively forge and enhance relationships with the most sophisticated and valued clients; to be an ambassador within Fiduciary and across the wider business; and to have responsibility for the revenue budget, management, development and training needs, and appraisals. Key responsibilities will include: • Actively develop and maintain relationships with demanding, complex and/or ultra-high net worth clients, intermediaries and internal contacts in order to provide a quality service and provide best possible client offering and maximise returns to the company as a whole; • Promote the highest quality of Trust and Company administration in order to minimise business risk and to encourage a culture of compliance with policies, appropriate risk management, and the principle of treating customers fairly; The successful candidate will have: • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant Trust and Company experience in a Senior position. • Meet principle person requirements of local Trust Company regulator. • Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries & Administrators or Diploma in Offshore Finance & Administration or STEP Diploma in Offshore Trust Management or Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers/IFS, or STEP Diploma for England and Wales (Trusts and Estates).
