Payroll Manager, Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company is seeking to recruit a Payroll Manager. Duties: The successful candidate will take responsibility for a ?hands on approach? when managing the day-to-day payroll administration of a defined portfolio of clients. The role will also require travelling to the UK and overseas at times. The successful candidate will have: ? Good employment services knowledge and experience of working in an extremely busy payroll environment, including UK tax, national insurance and pension legislation. ? Experience with globally mobile employees would be an advantage. ? Able to manage and work as part of a team, with the ability to manage and motivate staff and work under pressure. ? Accounting knowledge, including an understanding of General Ledgers and the Annual Financial Statements of the client entities. ? Preferably CIPP qualified or currently studying towards the CIPP diploma.
