Payroll Accounts Administrator Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Payroll Accounts Administrator. Key responsibilities will include: • Main responsibilities during the morning will be to process all payments using RBSI banking platform and in the afternoon input data onto Sage. • Checking own list of Payroll client’s individual bank accounts on a daily basis and inform the Payroll team of any returned monies or incoming funds. Follow up and ensure these clear out within the week. • Update cash sheets. • Check the accuracy of invoices raised by the Payroll team and compare with the posting sheets. Correct any discrepancies on a daily basis. • Check the accuracy of the posting sheets raised by the Payroll team and input on Sage 200 or Viewpoint on a daily basis. • All General ledger accounts, to be reconciled weekly for all payrolls. The successful candidate will have: • A minimum of one year’s relevant work experience. • Previous banking experience with international payments would be an advantage. • Candidates must already have a housing licence to work in Guernsey.
