Job DescriptionOur client is a private bank and wealth management company seeking to recruit a Part time temporary Scanning officer. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. Purpose of role: To support the business by the provision of accurate and timely scanning and filing activities. Key responsibilities will include: • Scanning of all documents in to synergy on a daily basis for all areas of the business in an accurately and timely manner. • Dealing with cross indexing and refilling documents. • Manual filing of permanent documents. • Scanning of new accounts • Collation of closed accounts – filing and recording for archive • Assist in resolving all queries from all areas of the Bank • Updating of spreadsheets – daily / weekly/ monthly • Cover all duties for Team Members during any absence The successful candidate will have: • Relevant previous experience. • Knowledge of legal regulatory and industry requirements • Knowledge of business processes, standards, policies and procedures • Flexibility re working hours For more information please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or call: +44 1481 723221.
