Job Description

Our client is a private bank and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Senior Administrator - Trust Operations within their Trust Department on a part time basis (ideally 25 hours per week). Role: The main purpose of the role is to oversee the operation of the Guernsey Trust filing and document management along with other general Trust Operations. The role supervises a small team of filing/document management administrators. Key responsibilities will include: ? Supervision of filing administrators, setting priorities and ensuring completion within agreed deadlines ? Timely and accurate document management and computer inputting ? Maintenance of filing systems including timely removal and archiving of files when necessary ? Data input ? Ensure all files are kept in numerical order to enable easy access ? Ensure the consistent provision of a high quality day to day support service to the Guernsey Trust Office The successful candidate will have: ? Relevant previous experience. ? Accuracy and attention to detail when filing documents or inputting data ? Experience of document management systems, MS Products and pdf docs (desirable - full training be given).
