Job Description

Our client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Filing & Scanning Administrator. The post holder will need to be flexible depending on work load. Estimated hours are 15 – 20 hours/week.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Filing documents in the relevant clients’ files
• Scanning and electronic storage of documents and updating databases
• New business file setup
• Data input
• Photocopying
• General administration duties
• Any other related duties that might be requested from time to time
• Provision of cover for Office Administrator, as required

The successful candidate will have:

• A good working knowledge of how to operate Word, Excel and e-mail system
• Some experience of data entry, client management or document management systems
• Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
