Part time Administrator Assistant Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a direct to consumer nutritional supplements company seeking to recruit a Part time Administrator Assistant. This role will sit in the front office with the administration team and would suit someone who is looking to work 4-5 hours per day and can be flexible on this as long as the core hours of 10:00 – 14:00 are covered. Profile of role: Reporting to the Office Manager, this varied role forms part of the Administration Team and will support the Company Administrator and Company Receptionist on a day-to-day basis with general admin / reception duties. Whilst this role is part time, there may be occasions that require the individual to start earlier or finish later. Key responsibilities will include: • Ensuring Reception/Office areas are kept tidy at all times • Welcome and sign in visitors • Answering the main switchboard • Organise/sort incoming and outgoing post and couriers • Prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings • General office duties such as scanning, binding, laminating, photocopying, etc. • Assist with in-house Charity and PR events • Assist with PR product mail outs • Maintain and order stationery, refreshments and domestic supplies • Assist Company Administrator in maintaining the archive storage area • Keep staff notice board tidy and updated with relevant information The successful candidate will have: • Experience within a customer facing position • Experience with an admin/reception role • Good communications skills – good telephone manner • Driven to provide a quality service • Computer literate specifically Word and Excel • This role would ideally suit a strong team player with a can do attitude who can be flexible to maintain the day-to-day running of the front office in a professional manner.
