Paralegal Litigation Guernsey
Job DescriptionOur client is a leading law firm seeking to recruit a Paralegal to work in their Litigation department. Key responsibilities will include: ? Organise and prepare for meetings (external and internal) ? Ensure accurate input of data and indexing of documents, ensuring that all records are kept up to date ? Accurately copy and collate court documents (otherwise known as ?bundling?) ? Undertake research as required by legal staff ? Inputting time onto the system ? Maintain an effective filing system. File all documents, correspondence and documentation accurately in date and time order - ensuring there is no backlog ? General administration. ? Answer any concerns or queries clients may have in the appropriate manner ? Organise/prioritise own work schedules The successful candidate will have: ? A relevant Legal qualification - ideally LLB and/or LPC minimum. ? Previous work experience in a Legal environment from a similar role (ideal). ? Strong academics. ? Good general IT skills with particular emphasis on Excel. ? Ability to preserve a high degree of confidentiality ?
