Job DescriptionOur client is an independent technology and service provider for investment solutions is seeking to recruit an Operations Administrator. The level of this role is open from school leavers to candidates with a few years’ experience within the finance industry. Role: To work within the operations control team to ensure that Cash and Security Reconciliations are completed daily and any breaks investigated and escalated to internal company’s teams. Key responsibilities will include: • There is also an element of Middle office booking, and the successful candidate will be working with the MO Booking team locally to enter transactions and set up products for company’s partners. • Daily Cash and Security Reconciliation • Reconciliations and investigations to identify settlement breaks and liaise with counterparty and/or client to process the transaction • Flexibility regarding various Operational tasks • Setting up of products for company’s partners • Booking the components of the products into internal systems • Life Cycle management of partner products. The successful candidate will have: • Preferably some operations experience in the finance industry, but applicants including school leavers with an interest in finance will be considered. • Good oral and written English skills. • Sound knowledge of Microsoft office applications. • Good communication skills. • Full training will be provided.
