Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a New Business Trainee Administrator. Key responsibilities will include: • Reviewing documentation received from the potential clients • Completing risk profiles, checklists & minutes for new business • Carrying out online compliance checks • Setting up folders • Using company’s in-house database • Incorporating new companies and preparing related documents • Setting up Trusts and preparing related documents • Preparing a bank application • Bookkeeping The successful candidate will have: • This role would suit a motivated individual with a good attention to detail to join the New Business Team as a Trainee Administrator. • Extensive training will be given but a confident knowledge of Word & Excel is essential. • New Business is generally the first point of contact for new clients, so a good email and telephone manner gives a good first impression. • The candidate will preferably have an outgoing personality with the ability to build a good working and personal relationship with colleagues, clients and third parties.
