Job DescriptionOur client is a Stockbroking & Investment Management company seeking to recruit a New Business Administrator. Overall role purpose: This role sits within the New Business team and reports directly to the New Business Manager. The incumbent will ensure the accurate and timely review of CDD/EDD documentation, completion of new account setups, amendments or updates to system data and ad-hoc projects where required. Key responsibilities will include: • Reviewing and processing CDD/EDD documentation; • On-boarding new clients; • Performing system data amendments; • Quality assurance of system data; • Various system and static data projects; • Ensuring effective communication with all areas of the business; and • Fulfilling additional, relevant, tasks appropriate to the role and business requirements. • Monitor, action and respond to requests and queries which come into the Static data inbox; • Autonomously perform system data amendments; • Review and ensure compliance of CDD documentation; and, • Complete new account openings and all tasks relating to this function. • Develop a more in-depth understanding of the CDD and regulatory environment; • On-board and interact with internal clients with minimal The successful candidate: • This is a permanent full time position within a busy team and, whilst training will be provided, the successful candidate will be someone who would have prior experience of account opening/customer due diligence collection/anti-money laundering requirements. • Ideally, someone with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
