Job DescriptionOur client is a worldwide market-leading foodservice company seeking to recruit a Multi-Unit Manager. This role would suit a confident experienced manager who is passionate about delivering fantastic customer service and standards within a branded, high-volume environment and can coach and develop their people to be the stars of the future. Key responsibilities will include: ? Look after self-service restaurant and a cafe providing great tasting coffee and delicious fresh food, taking ownership for the quality of service from the teams and the financial performance of the units. ? The working hours will include shifts which can include evenings / earlies and weekends on a duty management rota basis. The successful candidate will have: ? General/Multi-Site Management experience within a branded, high-volume restaurant environment ? strong kitchen/ BOH management experience is also a pre-requisite. ? A proven background in motivating, leading and developing a diverse team of people to move business forward and take standards to the highest levels. ? Sound financial acumen and the ability to mentor managers in cost controls and P&L reviews. ? Excellent communication skills at all levels. ? Barista trained an advantage. ? All successful candidates are also required to undergo a full 5-year reference and criminal record check. ? A liquor license and be local resident due to housing regulations on the island.
