Job DescriptionOur client is a fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Member Services Manager. Overall role purpose: The Member Services Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Member Services Department, reporting to the Operations Director. The incumbent will oversee all aspects of QROPS and related pension administration within the office. The role also necessitates managing staff within the department, providing them with support and promoting an environment where individuals can develop and reach their full potential. Strong communication skills and a genuine hands-on attitude are therefore essential. The successful candidate will have: • Minimum 5 years’ experience in the financial services industry with transferable skills to fiduciary and pensions services. Candidates with knowledge of pensions would be ideal however someone with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in related financial services areas, including fiduciary, insurance and funds would also be considered. • Hold, or be willing to study towards a relevant professional qualification. • Proven people management skills.
