Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration services company seeking to recruit a Management Assistant. Key responsibilities will include: • New Business: Co-ordinate Sales Force leads, meetings and pipeline. Pro-actively schedule meetings with leads and clients within appropriate timeframes. Assist with new quotations and other material within the new business process. • Travel and Appointments: Run the diary of the Service Director and other senior managers as needed. Organise travel for the Service Director and other managers as needed. Assist with the reconciliation of expenses. Pro-actively schedule relevant client meetings in order to maximise effectiveness of travel. • Team Management: Ensure that the scheduled HR cycle is followed, assist in the co-ordination of management in multiple jurisdictions, assist the management team with the preparation and signing of staff paperwork. Organise staff events and meetings as required. • Support Services: Assist the Service Director in ensuring that IT changes are prioritized and actioned quickly. Work with the Marketing team to optimize all content. Assist the Service Director in the preparation and monitoring of financial performance. The successful candidate will have: • Experience of writing business reports and presentations (preferred but not essential). • Degree educated. • Fluent spoken and written English. • Presence and confidence with clients and staff.
