Job DescriptionOur client is a financial services company seeking to recruit an Interim Project Manager.
Overall purpose of the role:
To lead, plan, run and deliver both small and large operational improvement projects, business change initiatives and business process enhancements. Where appropriate lead small teams or liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support delivery of changes / improvements. This is a role for a pro-active team player who has proven experience. This is a critical role for the company, broad reaching and high profile within the business and suited to someone who is motivated by change and delivery.
Key responsibilities will include:
• Business analysis - scope projects / business change to ensure the requirements and value added is understood and clearly defined
• Project management - plan, run and deliver projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation, influencing others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and making adjustments to plans where appropriate
The successful candidate will have:
• A good understanding and experience in; project delivery and subsequent project challenges; process enhancements and process documentation
• IT literate as well as an IT generalist.
