Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator.
Overall purpose of the role:
This job involves providing support to the Human Resources team in terms of maintaining personnel records, documentation and administering routine personnel correspondence. The candidate will be involved in aspects of the monthly payroll for the company, including completion of Income Tax and Social Security schedules and the preparation of master documents for salary reviews, budgets etc. and collating information as necessary.
The candidate will assist the Human Resources team with office policies and procedures, specifically those relating to the HR function and bring any anomalies, problems or necessary updates to the attention of the Head of Human Resources.
The successful candidate will have:
• 2+ years’ experience in an HR role
• Good knowledge of HR/IT programmes
• Studying towards or qualified in a Level 3 CIPD Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Practice
