Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an HR Assistant. This position would suit someone with a genuine interest in starting out in HR. School leavers, graduates or candidates with 1-2 years’ work experience would also be considered. Overall role purpose: This role involves providing administrative support to the Human Resources Team in terms of maintaining personnel records and producing documentation and routine correspondence. The successful candidate will be involved in many aspects of HR, Learning and Development and will cover a variety of tasks on a daily basis. Assist the team members with routine payments, scanning and filing, collation of materials for meetings and production of reports. Will also be expected to assist with the organisation of training events, booking of courses and the input of training records. The successful candidate will have: • Ideally 1-2 years’ work experience however school leavers or graduates would also be considered. • Excellent communication skills. • Effective planning and organisational skills. • Accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a timely manner and to meet deadlines when under pressure.
