Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit an HR and Office Assistant.
This is a junior role and would suit someone either with some basic experience in a HR environment or someone with good administrative skills who would be willing to learn. The successful candidate would also be asked to provide general office admin support in covering duties like ordering stationery, kitchen supplies, collecting/delivering post, preparing boardrooms for meetings, etc. when members of their support team are on holiday or busy.
The successful candidate:
Ideally someone who has good administrative skills and communicates well, but most importantly would be happy to be very much ‘hands-on’ to assist with the wide variety of duties/tasks that the HR manager deals with on a daily basis.
