Job DescriptionOur client is a funds administration company seeking to recruit a Head of Client Services. Key responsibilities will include: ? This role reports directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will fulfil a client relationship role having overall responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of all fund client relationships. ? In conjunction with the MD, the employee will be involved in ensuring that business strategy is defined and executed, targets are met and budgets managed ensuring Service Level Agreements, where appropriate are put in place and adhered to. ? The role includes participation in business development and client engagement activities in order to establish and enhance company?s external relationships and create new business opportunities. ? Working closely with Risk & Compliance and the teams within company, ensuring where applicable, that all corporate governance, legal and regulatory requirements are met. ? Support the Company Secretary with the management of the Company Secretarial Department and client support. The successful candidate will have: ? Demonstrated a sound knowledge of all aspects of fund administration, over a significant period and particularly in Guernsey. ? A relevant professional qualification e.g. ICSA, ACA, ACCA or FCSI. ? A proven track record of client service excellence, including managing client relationships at all levels. ? Business development and client engagement experience. ? Demonstrated experience of successfully managing a team.
