Job Description

Our client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Fund Alternatives Senior Administrator. Key responsibilities will include: ? Assist in the administration of a portfolio of alternative investment funds including all aspects of day to day fund administration and valuation preparation, ensuring proper administration of the entities, all internal, regulatory and client SLA requirements are adhered to and quality day to day service is delivered ? Provide supporting cover for Alternatives Officer?s duties and responsibilities during times of absence. The successful candidate will have: ? A relevant Professional qualification. ? Demonstrated sound knowledge of fund administration, recording of financial transactions, preparation of net asset valuations and financial reports. ? Proven track record of client service excellence. ? Demonstrated experience of successfully supervising a team and the ability to foster collaboration and teamwork. ? Demonstrated ability to meet billing/cash collection targets and other administrative deadlines.
