Job DescriptionOur client is a funds and fiduciary services company seeking to recruit a Fund Administration Assistant. This is an entry-level position and would suit school leavers to graduates or more mature candidates looking to move into an entry-level role. Duties: To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Funds team. Duties to include, but not limited to: • Collating, reviewing and filing Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation for new clients • Processing investor subscriptions and redemptions • Opening bank accounts • Performing periodic investor reviews • Electronic filing of all documentation on Viewpoint • Typing day-to-day correspondence including letters, memos and reports • Assisting with preparation of Board packs for meetings of the boards of funds • Assisting Funds team with all aspects of day-to-day administration as required, such as the processing of payments and trades, distribution of investor reports and contract notes • Other duties as assigned The successful candidate will have: • Willingness to learn about all aspects of fund administration. • No previous experience is required as full “on the job” training will be provided. • Good communication and people skills. • Good IT skills – Word/Excel/Outlook. • Professional presentation and attire.
